The Tamarack tree, locally known as a Juniper, is unique among conifers. It changes colour in the autumn and loses its needles in the winter, but comes back to life every Spring. Growing in acidic, poor quality soils, this tree is resilient, hardy and adaptable. There is value in looking to nature as a blueprint for our own lives: even in the harshest of environments, it is possible to thrive no matter what stage of life we find ourselves in.

 

Tamarack Wellness Collective is a multidisciplinary clinic providing massage therapy and mental health therapy in Bonavista, NL and the surrounding communities. We offer a safe space for you to be YOU.
